Metal Die Casting

ZeQube delivers precision metal die casting solutions for high-volume production of aluminum, zinc, and magnesium alloy components. Our tooling design and process control ensure consistent quality, tight tolerances, and excellent surface finishes for industrial, automotive, and consumer product applications.

Capabilities Overview

Sub‑Process / Method

Alloys Used (Die‑Cast Alloys)

Part Weight & Wall Thickness

Tolerances / Surface Finish

Tooling / Mold Types & Life

Secondary Machining & Finishing

High‑Pressure Die Casting (HPDC)

Aluminium alloys (ADC12, A380 etc.); Zinc alloys; Magnesium (where applicable)

Parts from ~10g up to ~5 kg; walls as thin as ~1 mm depending on alloy

Dimensional tolerances ±0.05‑0.1 mm; surface finish ~Sa 1.6‑3.2 µm (after polishing)

Steel molds (H13, P20), with slides, cores, ejectors; mold life up to ~500,000 shots

Trimming; CNC machining of critical faces; drilling/tapping; heat treatment; coatings

Gravity / Semi‑Gravity / Low Pressure Casting

Same alloy types but sometimes special high conductivity or corrosion resistant grades

Larger castings; thicker sections; less complex thin‑wall features

Tolerances ±0.1‑0.2 mm; surface roughness slightly coarser without polishing

Molds/dies less stressed; simpler gating systems; longer fills

Similar secondary work; occasionally shot blasting or machining only on critical areas
